I WAS JUST PLAYING AROUND WITH SOME STATS . . .
I'm not sure what this says. But, it's always fun to play around with what's happening in the market. Each metric is self-explanatory. I don't know if I'm making any point at all. I need to look at the numbers longer.
In the last 53 days . . .
# of Properties sold >$748,324 = 186
. . .and were on the market for an average of 42 Days.

Now, For This Week's Fun Fact
Easter
Easter is the Christian celebration of the resurrection of Jesus, but the eggs and the bunny that delivers them are nowhere to be found in scripture.
Some claim that the word Easter derives from Eostre, a pagan goddess of spring and fertility. According to folklore, Eostre found a bird dying from the cold and turned it into a rabbit so its fur would keep it warm, but that rabbit still laid eggs like a bird.
Eggs just like the rabbit, have long been considered an ancient symbol of fertility, rebirth and new life, all associated with springtime celebration of Easter. In one Christian perspective, Easter eggs represent the resurrection of Jesus and his emergence from the tomb. The tradition of decorating eggs for Easter may date back to the 13th century when eggs were traditionally considered forbidden food during the Lent season. Decorating the eggs during fasting and celebrating by eating them on Easter Sunday.
The Easter Parade tradition dates back to the mid 1800’s, when upper crust of society would attend Easter services at various fifth Avenue churches in New York then stroll outside afterward, showing off their new spring outfits and hats.
Easter Lilies symbolize the purity of Christ and are common decorations in churches and homes around the Easter Holiday.
If you do or do not follow or believe in any Easter Traditions, or just use it as a reason to get together for a meal with family and friends . . .
HAPPY EASTER.
